Shipping Options (for online purchases)
Delivery to your home- You can choose to have your order delivered to your door in Trinidad and Tobago. Goods must be signed for upon delivery. There is a minimum order of $500.
Orders will be delivered between 3-5 business days from the time your order is placed. Please check with us to confirm delivery to your area.
Orders below $500 are asked to collect their order. In instances where orders cannot be collected, orders can be delivered at a charge of $50.
Return Policy
- All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt from Hand Arnold.
- Item(s) must be returned to Hand Arnold within seven (7) DAYS of the purchase or collection/receipt date for online purchases.
- Item(s) must have a manufacturer’s defect (faulty workmanship not due to normal use and wear and tear)
- If the item cannot be repaired, it will be exchanged for a new one.
- If the item is not available, a Shop Hand Arnold credit will be issued.
- There are NO exchanges or returns on the following items:
- All Food and Cleaning items.
- Please know that we will not refund the item if the return is due to “Buyer’s Remorse”, or in other words, if you change your mind about your purchase
- For exchanges on non-defective items to be considered, the item must be in its original, unopened packaging and be unused.
Warranties
- 90 days on electrical appliances holds for household use only.
- The warranty will only be honoured on items that were purchased from Hand Arnold. The item must be accompanied by a valid receipt or Invoice.
- Item(s) must have a manufacturer’s defect (faulty workmanship not due to normal use and wear and tear)
- If the item cannot be repaired, it will be exchanged for a new one.
- If the item is not available, a Shop Hand Arnold credit will be issued.
- The warranty is your bill.
