Baker’s Choice Margarine
Baker’s Choice industrial Margarine is suitable for baking of bread, cake, and pastries. The Baker’s Choice products are all vegetable products and are made of vegetable oils and fats. We manufacture two types of Baker’s Choice Industrial margarine: an all-purpose margarine in white and yellow (Baker’s Choice All Purpose White Margarine and Baker’s Choice All Purpose Yellow Margarine) and a softer margarine, also in white and yellow (Baker’s Choice All Purpose Soft White Margarine and Baker’s Choice All Purpose Soft Yellow Margarine). The Baker’s Choice line is not suitable for deep-frying.
Next to the All-Purpose Margarine’s, the Baker’s Choice line also consist of Baker’s Choice Puff Pastry, which is suitable for all puff pastry purposes, and Baker’s Choice Cream Margarine that is suitable for cake fillings and all cream purposes.
The Baker’s Choice products are packed in boxes of 20 kg, which consist of 4 sacks of 5 kg.

We also have the Baker’s Choice All Purpose margarine in a plastic pail of 10 kg. It does not have to be stored in the cooler. It is an all-purpose margarine, meaning it is suitable for baking bread, cake, cookies, and pastries.
