The Shop Hand Arnold Rewards Program is a points-based program through which our customers (like you!) earn points when you shop at ( www.handarnold.com). You can use your points at any time to purchase items on our website. Every 10 points earned is valued at TT$1.. It is just another way for us to say thank you to our customers and show how much we appreciate your loyalty!

You can earn points in a variety of ways:

•  Making a purchase (1 point for every TT$10. spent)
  • NB: Points are earned on purchases based on the order value before tax and exclusive of discounts applied.
• Write a review on a product you purchase- 5 points
• Celebrating a birthday – 10 points

The means to earn points may be adjusted from time to time, at the sole discretion of Hand Arnold.

Points can be redeemed as coupon/discount codes at checkout at the following rate: 10 points = TT$1.

For example, if you have earned 1000 points, you can redeem for a discount of TT$100.

The ways to redeem points may be adjusted from time to time, at the sole discretion of Hand Arnold.

NB: points cannot be redeemed with automatic discounts, or with other discount codes and gift cards.

There is no minimum requirement.

Yes, you can redeem up to 10000 points (or TT$1000) in one order.

Yes. Your accumulated points are valid in your Shop Hand Arnold Rewards Program account for two years from your “anniversary date.” This is the anniversary of the date you enrolled in the program and occurs on a 24-month cycle. On your anniversary date every 2 years, your points reset to zero (o) and you start accumulating new points benefits and unlocking new rewards.

Rewards, benefits and points earned through Shop Hand Arnold Rewards have no cash value, and are non-transferable.

Shop Hand Arnold Points cannot be shared or combined with another friend or account. Only the member placing the order may accumulate rewards, benefits and points.

Shop Hand Arnold Points will pend in your account until your order has been paid for.

If the order is paid for online with a credit card, points will be immediately added to your account.

If the order is paid for on delivery, points will be added within 3 days of payment and delivery.

If the order is paid for via bank transfer, points will be added to your account within 3 days of payment.

If Shop Hand Arnold Points have not been credited to your account within 3 days of payment, please contact Customer Service at sales@handarnold.com

Products can be returned in accordance with our Returns & Warranty Policy.

Any product that is returned or any order that is cancelled will reverse or decrease the points you received from that purchase.

If the points earned have already been used to create a new discount code, the code if unused, will be cancelled.

If the points earned have already been used on another order by any party, the refund provided will be less the monetary value of points received and used from the original purchase.

Yes. We may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate the program or any aspect or feature of Shop Hand Arnold Rewards at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards, benefits, and/or points already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards, benefits and points.

Hand Arnold in its sole discretion, can terminate any member for any reason, including but not limited to any failure to comply with the program’s or our website’s Terms & Conditions.

If your membership is terminated or expires, rewards, benefits and points in your account will automatically terminate.  Where possible and with our discretion, we will provide notice of termination so that outstanding points can be used within a reasonable timeframe.
